Our favourite place to visit at Christmas time is anywhere that encourages and nurtures a child's belief in all things magical at this time of year! I think this prize may just be the perfect solution to this, this year! It looks amazing!

I love going to Myer to see the Christmas windows. My three daughters choose an ornament each year and we add it to our tree.

Christmas is a special time for us, as a child, my nan and mum would take my to the city to see the Myer Windows. As a mother now myself, I have continued this tradition with my three daughters and will introduce my new son to it too. We make it a special day, dress nicely, visit the windows and Santaland, have lunch and pick a special decoration to add to the tree. The plan is that our tree will be covered by special ornaments from our trips!

We love to visit Myer windows at Christmas time. The kids love it, as do I - I have been most years since I was a child.

we love going out to a nearby housing estate and admiring the decorated houses and light displays, with people out in the streets greeting you and so happy to share the Christmas spirit, its very heart warming.

Our favourite place to visit over Christmas is family and friends houses. We don't live near any family, so Christmas together is extra special.

We always do a trip to the city, make a special day of it with the kids. We catch the train in (so exciting when you're a little kid!), visit the Myer windows, David Jones Christmas Cave, wander down to the city square to see the tree and Santa, then down along Southbank to the Christmas display at Crown. We started the tradition when our eldest was a baby and 6 years later this year we'll be doing it with our completed family!

My favourite place to visit at Christmas is the house just up the road from us as they have the most magicallight display I have seen. My children love it and love the fact that Santa pops in to visit on Christams eve

As a family we always used to drive to the most spectacularly lit street in our suburbs, park the car and walk up and down admiring all the sparkles and colour. It was so exciting to be out in the dark and with so much anticipation! I hope I can continue this tradition with my little girl when she's old enough :)

Our family is scattered across Australia so spending Christmas together can often be the only time we've seen each other all year so we always try to make a big occasion out of it. Christmas is a time for family!!

Our favourite place to visit every year at Christmas time is the Kmart Wishing Tree, to place 2 gifts under for the less fortunate :-)

My fave place to visit is my parents house. As corny as it is, Christmas is alive when their grandchild came, it is now celebrated more, and she loves that Santa visits two houses for her. Christmas is about family more than an commercial thing, it is being with family because you love them.

my favourite place is corny as it may seem, it is a place where our family seems to get together and celebrate xmas. My parents house is turned into a winter wonderland after our daughter was born, she loves that santa leaves presents at two houses for her! Christmas is not about the commercial event more about spending time with family you rarely see because of work and general business. I am now getting excited typing this! Bring on Christmas!

I love to visit the shopping centres at Christmas time, I love the atmosphere, decorations, buzz and excitement. It's even better if Santa is there handing out lollies :)
